Type of Evaluation There will be a five question “transfer to the job” evaluation that is a yes or no answer.There will also be a five question survey for the trainees to fill out upon completion of the training.These evaluations will be based upon the level of ability of the groups that received the training.
Evaluator This five question evaluation will ask the learners and their supervisors if various concepts that were taught are being used on the job.The supervisor will come in every six weeks for six months to a year to fill in the five question evaluation.The survey about the training is to evaluate the trainers.
Length of Evaluation This evaluation will be given every six weeks for six months to one year depending upon the trainee’s progress on previous evaluations.The survey about the training will give immediate feedback as soon as the trainers read it.
Multiple Evaluations There will be multiple evaluations given over the course of the six months to a year.
